How ordering, payment and cancellations work.

Everything we make is cooked to order, just for you. This page explains how ordering and payment work.

How ordering works

  1. Choose your dishes and place your order on this website.
  2. We’ll contact you to confirm the details and send you our payment details.
  3. Pay the full amount for your order by bank transfer.
  4. Once your payment has been received, your order is confirmed and we start cooking.

Payment

  • Full payment is required, in advance, to confirm an order.
  • We take payment by bank transfer. We’ll send you our bank details when we contact you about your order.
  • Your order is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Cancelling or changing an order

  • You can cancel an order yourself from its order status page until it is confirmed.
  • To change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
